I've been needing to write this review for a few days now as I have wanted to express my gratitude for the interaction and help from management here. I had a not so pleasant experience with one of the employees here and I won't say their name, but it was a situation that shouldn't have happened but did. I reached out the following day and spoke with both Jaime and also April who were both extremely polite and helpful. The issue I had the day before involved paint and when I went back in the following day Jaime was able to give me exactly what I was looking for in minutes. Very knowledgeable and answered everything question I had. The overall feeling of knowing how much they appreciate their customers is just remarkable. I'd say the customer service here is probably one of the best if not the best that I've seen. It was that great that I had to go back the following day and get double the order for my project. I always enjoy writing these types of reviews as it gives others the ability to see what type of place this is. Truthfully I had never been here before but after speaking with April and working with Jaime this place has a customer for life. Best part about it they have everything you could ask for in the store and it's literally on my way home. Great job guys. Almost forgot - Myles was wonderful as well. Very hard worker and extremely professional and polite!
