I’m confused by the negative reviews, I know different people may have different experiences but since day one Carmen has been nothing short of attentive and caring. Even her staff are very understanding and helpful. Anytime I’ve brought something to her she’s been thorough and never dismissive. She’s a practice with only her, she’s one person so sometimes there may be wait but waiting for great care is worth it. I can’t see myself going to any other office.

I will preface this by saying I am not a patient. I am the daughter of a patient. This office has been a true God send. Carmen took her time with my mother and LISTENED to her and her concerns. When I spoke to my mom after her visit, she sounded hopeful, which is not something I have heard in such a long time it feels like. Carmen, and staff, thank you from the very bottom of this daughters heart. I can't wait to see what the future holds for my sweet momma and for your practice.
