If you can see the Dr at all then they're good. But even with an appt I've waited quite a while. Even with a lab appt I waited 3-4 hrs two different days and still didn't get my labs done. Then they make follow-up appts but I don't always need them, they're 6+ months out and if I call to cancel I have to call multiple times and it still won't be cancelled. Once a nurse even returned my call after I left 3 VM saying I want to cancel - to ASK me if I wanted to cancel "just calling to confirm that you want to cancel", she left that in a VM and I had to call 3 more times and was unable to reach a human to cancel. I had left a note saying I was canceling in the online portal as well. Calling is a nightmare, appts for wellness exams are made a year in advance...it's really inconvenient. I'm finally searching for a new provider, I had kept this one to avoid a 30 min drive to E City or VA, but it's actually easier to just make the drive. They don't have enough Drs to handle the patient load. And the staff on the phones just aren't competent enough. The waiting room is cute, but unless you have an entire day of PTO for every appt and are healthy enough to make all appts 12+ months in advance, it won't be worth it

Dr. Kwon has been the first doctor I have seen out of many where I felt fully listened to. He heard my issues and got the appropriate referrals needed as well as suggested some practices to address my health at home. I loathe going to the doctor and this was beyond a pleasant experience. I no longer will try to avoid the doctor for fear of being talked down to or misunderstood. Thank you Dr. Kwon.

Chesapeake Regional Primary Care is AMAZING! ALL the way across the board. OVER and Above from the wonderful team at the front of the house to lab technicians to physicians. I am so relieved to have such an efficient and caring team. I APPRICIATE EVERYONE SO SO MUCH.

Never have long waits in the office or for appointments. Staff is friendly. The options to send questions to my doctor through the app even late at night is fantastic!
