Tonya SmithWe are new to the area and this was our first file. Being nervous about the whole thing to begin with and then thinking we might get charged up to 5 times what we were accustomed to, as if filing taxes is not enough stress in itself. Well, come the day the taxes were done and I go in to find out not so bad news. Kristi was easy to talk to and she explained reasonably why the higher pricing is what it is, still it could have been worse and we are told we got a good deal. We paid 350. Thank you we will be back next year!
