Nice transaction, nice exchange with Frank the gate guy, unit was very clean and nicely accessible. Open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. is an added benefit to early risers and those needing to access later after regular hours. Very affordable and with first month free it makes it very affordable. Highly recommend anybody who's looking for Clean safe storage. I

Don't let this storage unit being completely outside discourage you from getting a temp controlled unit. The temp controlled units are clean, great lighting, on the first floor, large wide door to move furniture into, and convenient. Forever will be my first choice over some building i have to ride an elevator to get to my unit..

Called and talked with Frank, the storage manager. I explained my situation and he bent over backwards to get me the storage spaces I needed for a couple months while I was moving to the area. He even gave me a couple extra days if I needed it to move everything out. I did not need it, but it was a very nice gesture and a great way to build a solid reputation. The storage units were clean and very accessible. Thank you for a great experience and if I ever need storage again, I know where I will be going.

Frank was so friendly and I was amazed at how quickly the process went. And I was so very pleased when Frank said that he was going down to our new unit to do a fresh sweeping and to do a preventative spray and put down fresh mice bait. The facility and the unit are very clean and well kept you can tell.

I have been utilizing a larger storage unit with y’all prior to now. And I needed to downsize. I was able to get help from Frank in moving into a storage unit prior to being billed for the larger one I no longer needed to be in. It was very reasonable and Frank was extremely helpful.
