BWR, Stacy and Brad were wonderful. I called sat late. Stacy and Brad was there first thing Sunday morning. Brad worked on his birthday that Sun. Then he worked mother days to keep the job moving. Within days, they got all the water up, place dried. Then the rebuilding. Tara had the workers out to get it rebuilt. Even on weekends. They did a great job. Even the insurance company was amazing. From the adjuster, Jeremy who was there within two days, did the paperwork immediately. Insurance even had the check sent, within two weeks. This shows, everyone did their parts, getting thing moving. Including paperwork. Took a village, from beginning to end. Also Pops Repair. Who went there sat night, when I called, to see if a leak. Turned everything off. Without Julie and Jim, it would have been worse. I couldn’t thank everyone enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Bluewater Restoration. Dealing with fire or water damage is already stressful, overwhelming, and honestly just a lot, but their team made the process so much easier to get through. From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every single person I spoke with was helpful, patient, and just truly nice. Not the fake customer-service nice, but the kind of nice where you can tell they actually care about what you are going through. Their attention to detail was more than I have seen with any other company I have worked with. They documented everything thoroughly, including a written list of the items that were lost, along with pictures provided through a link to help make the insurance process as easy as possible. Anyone who has dealt with insurance knows how much of a headache that can be, and Bluewater really did everything they could to make that part less painful. I also really appreciated their honesty and transparency. Even though they were not able to help with the repair portion of my project, they told me well ahead of time and encouraged me to start getting quotes so I would not be delayed or left scrambling. That kind of communication matters so much when you are already dealing with a stressful situation. Bluewater Restoration truly goes above and beyond. They are responsive, detailed, honest, professional, and genuinely kind. If you are dealing with water damage, fire damage, cleanup, or an emergency restoration situation, I would absolutely recommend them. They are exactly the kind of company you want on your side when life decides to throw a water/fire chaos parade through your house.

We had a house fire in November, quite a black Friday to remember and a situation I wouldn't wish on anyone. That's the bad news. The good news is, I work for a major property management company and I knew exactly who to call...These folks. They have been completely wonderful, from the intial meeting with Stacy & Tara, they swung into action to remediate the damage, worked with all relevant authorities to get permitting temporary power and heat and everything else that we would not have the first clue about. The young men, Noah Brad Brandon Joel & Don and others who came and dealt with the rubble and burned items were all kind and considerate and incredibly thoughtful as they documented our losses. And a shoutout to the folks in the office for their meticulous documentation. Further, they have been with us every step of the way, helping us to deal with truculent insurance companies and banks, who I wont name to spare their blushes. Bluewater literally save our house and our sanity, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bluewater Restoration remodeled our kitchen & bathroom 6 years ago. Recently we were having trouble finding a replacement for a kitchen light. After searching all over the beach with no luck we went to Bluewater & explained the problem. Just after we returned home a tech arrived and within minutes the light was replaced with no charge! I just had Blue Water Restoration perform a pretty bad black mold remediation in my home. I called them on Monday after 5 pm and discussed my situation. The whole remediation was completed by Wednesday 2 days later AND they did it on Christmas Eve which was amazing since I had family coming. David the tech communicated everything about the process. Everyone at Blue Water who had a hand in this job was courteous and kind. Iam confident that the job was done right and that I can now breathe clean air in my house. The estimate was very reasonable and I highly recommend Blue Water Restoration for any services that you may need!!

When a pipe burst at our Summer home in Corolla, OBX, we were at a loss. We had owned for years and knew the challenges of finding a reliable company that would have availability and be responsive to our needs. Fortunately, my daughter saw an ad for Bluewater Restoration and they proved to be a Godsend. From responding to the initial water damage and threat of mold through insurance claims and then plans to both rebuild and also update/modernize, Tara and her Operations Team were always there for us. Professional, responsive, offering options, suggesting others for special tasks ... I can't say enough good things about the company and the staff there.
