This has been one of my favorite yearly rentals when living on the Outer Banks. We ended up at University Park due to our 12 year rental location being sold. We were blessed in finding this yearly rental. The townhouse is very beachy and modern. I loved the location as it is so close to the beach and I loved the layout to the townhouse. It accommodated my family of 4 and the two little puppies. We had awesome neighbors on each side. My daughter got to enjoy their playground. Due to our work schedule we never took advantage of the pool. During our time there we had two issues and Carolyn and Norman did not hesitate one minute to get them fixed. I greatly appreciated that as sometimes not all landlords work that fast. We ended up moving to be close to my mom, but we are very grateful for the hospitality that was always given to us and for allowing us rent there. University Park is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a year-round rental. I loved that the townhomes are only a few years old and have such beautiful interiors. My absolute favorite part of the community is how quiet and peaceful it is. The landlords, Carolyn and Norman, truly care about their place and their tenants. I couldn’t have a asked for a better place to live so close to the beach.
