My on demand hot water heater broke on July 4th which is one of the worse days for something like this to happen. However, JT Jones picked up a replacement unit that day from their supplier and installed first thing the next day. They even tried to get to our house on the 4th, but with the holiday and Saturday vacationer traffic through Duck, that made that an impossibility. I'm very satisfied with their customer service, professionalism and sense of urgency to our issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had been with Ferrell Gas for 15+ years. I put an order in on 1/29 and my tank was at 40%. As of 2/10 I was out of propane and all they could say was they were backed up. I use propane for everything in my home. I called JT Jones on 2/10 and within 2 hours I had a new tank and gas!! Amazing response and Brent is the man!
