The staff at the store are excellent. They were very helpful, patient and showed us multiple carpet samples and prices.Also helped us pick out bath room floor tiles and grout and LVT and at the same time saved us money. However a problem arose with the Beach House subcontractor for carpet installation. He literally walked off the job one afternoon, without finishing carpet installation on our second floor. Claimed he did not know he was hired to do both floors despite discussions with our contractor, by his Beach House contract and by us. He also claimed to have disposed of any leftover carpeting. These actions set us back about 2 weeks while more carpet was ordered and delivered and an opening in his schedule occurred.When he did return to finish, his work was a bit sloppy.

Today was our first time in. We spent quite a bit of time with one of the sales reps, who was super patient and helpful. My only negative is that they're a little pricey. Overall, we are happy with the experience.
