As of yesterday, I’ve gone twice during their posted business hours, both times in the middle of the day, only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed and no one was there but would return “later”. I completely understand that things happen, but after this happening twice, I’ve started to wonder if they’re even still in business. I’ve done business with them before and had a good enough experience, but it has become nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone or know when they’ll actually be open. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s frustrating when you’re actively trying to give a local business your business but can’t even get through the door or reach anyone.

The staff at the store are excellent. They were very helpful, patient and showed us multiple carpet samples and prices.Also helped us pick out bath room floor tiles and grout and LVT and at the same time saved us money. However a problem arose with the Beach House subcontractor for carpet installation. He literally walked off the job one afternoon, without finishing carpet installation on our second floor. Claimed he did not know he was hired to do both floors despite discussions with our contractor, by his Beach House contract and by us. He also claimed to have disposed of any leftover carpeting. These actions set us back about 2 weeks while more carpet was ordered and delivered and an opening in his schedule occurred.When he did return to finish, his work was a bit sloppy.
