We have home, rental, and auto insurance with Farm Bureau. Alex Fiorillo has been excellent—knowledgable, responsive, and detailed. Recently, I had my first traffic accident (my fault) in over 50 years. Alex was on top if it even before it happened. She had me under the right policy that included replacement coverage. The entire gang at the office is great too. I can't thank them enough.
